Our mainly products includes cold rolling and forged steel working rollers、intermediate rollers、supporting rollers、skin pass rollers and straightening rollers, forged steel and hot rolling working roller.
The materials of old rolling and forged stee rollers contain 9Cr2Mo、86CrMoVT、MC3、MC5、Cr12Mo1VCo etc.,moreover, hot rolling and forged steel rollers contain 60CrMnMo、70Cr3Mo etc..Our can rationally select material in accordance with our users'requirements and their rolling mill condition.

E、Technology requirements of production process
E-1. Machining according to the drawing.
E-2. Test of surface dimensions according to drawing,roughness test according to roughmeter. Ultrasonic testing according to GB/T13315-91 A grade, Surface magnetic particle test according to JB/T5000.15-1998 Ⅳ grade. Hardness test according to Leeb hardness tester.
E-3. Two steps of heat treatment:
e.3.1. Heat treatment according to vertical pit furnace,improve work statement,adjust mechanical properties,prepare for terminal heat treatment(surface quench)
e.3.2 Surface quenching is processing on dual-frequency quenching machine,which satisfy the requirements of surface hardness and depth of hardening level.
e.3.3 tempering is processing on bellows furnace,the purpose is for cancelling the stress of surface quenching and stress of processing.
